Glenview New Development Commission Open House for Downtown Development Code Update

LOCATION: Glenview Park Center Lobby

This is an opportunity for the public to meet with the village staff and New Development Commission members to better understand proposed changes to downtown zoning before a public hearing on September 22.  

The Code recommendations include allowing 65′ buildings along Glenview Road (four stories).  As a comparison, Midtown Square is 60′ and the Drake development is 65′.  The recommendations also address setbacks, frontages, and other features downtown. 

9/11 Remembrance in Glenview
